What are Deemed or Out of Contract Rates?
Deemed Contract Rates
If you recently moved into a property that we supply with electricity, but haven’t agreed a contract with us, we won’t leave you without power. You’ll be on what’s known as a ‘Deemed Contract’*. We’ll charge you our Deemed Rates until you agree a contract with us, or until you switch to a new supplier. You can find the link to Deemed terms and conditions below. Please note that these rates are not fixed so may change at any time, but we’ll let you know if they do.
You can find our Deemed Contract Rates for all Network Operator Areas below. Please note, these prices are exclusive of VAT and Climate Change Levy.

Please note that these rates are not fixed, and they may change at any time, but we’ll let you know if they do.
