Did you know that you can access the energy usage data from your meter free of charge?
Understanding your energy use can put you in control, helping you with decisions about how to make better use of your energy.
If you work with a third party or are a third party and would like to access energy data, you can send us a letter of authority. Find out how.
There are a few different ways to access your data based on your meter type:
If you don’t have your invoice or have difficulty accessing our systems, please contact us.
If you have a smart meter
You can access your data through our ‘My Energy Assistant’ portal and app.
The app shows usage data and energy costs* for up to 10 sites.
The portal shows usage data and energy costs* for up to 1,000 sites.
Both allow you to track your energy usage and export the data on your usage as a CSV file.

If you have a Non-Half-Hourly AMR meter (one that sends us monthly meter reads automatically)
You can access your monthly data on our ‘My Energy Supply’ portal.
For access to the portal, an export of your data as a CSV file, or to request Half Hourly data, please contact us using the contact details on your bill. We’ll respond to you about any data requests within 10 working days.
If your meter sends us data every Half-Hour
You can access your data on our ‘My Energy Supply’ portal.
The portal shows data visualisations and allows you to export the data on your usage as a CSV file.
